Bu ed 2019

@food4lyfe i dont wanna call them nd be impatient, but i am not sure because the past two years the 15th was a weekend so i think that may have been reason for earlier release

@wishfulterrier‌ yeah idk when they will come out but the latest will be the 15th. Duke is lucky they find out Thursday
@coleworldd‌ don’t worry I think one rec is fine

@wishfulterrier‌ I was thinking the exact same thing. Hopefully the trend continues regardless of the 15th being a week day.
@food4lyfe‌ I hope so!

@snoogleki‌ has your app been reviewed yet?

Nope! I think even if they did finished reviewing they aren’t gonna change the status on applink caz…what’s the point…? @food4lyfe‌

Do any of you know what time the decisions are posted? Is it at midnight on 12/15?

@snoogleki‌ woah rly?? maybe u should call or email them because that’s really weird. what if they missed ur app or something

wow, only a couple more days left. I don’t know whether I want to know or not at this point

I’m so excited… Do you guys think decisions will come out Friday? Or do you think we’ll have to wait until Monday? I’m not sure if I can wait any longer!!

@hockey515‌ i really hope it’s on friday! they still havent reviewed some ppl’s apps tho…I can’t wait either they need to release ASAP

Not to add fuel to the speculative fire, but I have a feeling they will either release Friday, or not until Monday. They can always release on weekends, but it would be much easier to just send decisions out on a work day. That being said, I’m really psyched to hear back. Good luck everyone!

Soo I called them, and they said they’ve actually finished reviewing all the apps. It’s just that they don’t change the statuses on applink because decisions are coming out so soon that it makes it necessary…
I mean I guess… I think it’s gonna be Monday. Though last year was Friday, two years ago was the Saturday. But if we haven’t gotten an email by now, it’s 80% chance Monday…I’m just guessing @food4lyfe‌ @hockey515‌ (btw hockey515, by your username you’re probably a hockey fan. BU’s huge with hockey and they have a beast D1 team that won multiple championships. You’ll love them! )

@snoogleki‌ I know, I’m so excited about the hockey part (that is, if I get in of course)!! Also, I think there’s still the chance they’ll email us saying app link is updated either tomorrow or friday, since a lot of decisions are being released then, but I’m not getting my hopes up. I just don’t think they’d wait until the last possible day to notify us of decisions, but honestly who knows at this point. Anything is possible. I just want to know already!!

don’t they only send an email when the decisions are actually out?

Ok. So m a bit late. I’m Nigerian. Stats as follows:
Sat:2070(99th percentile)
Gpa: A1 in my country, not sure how that translates in the US
I really really want to go to this school. Waiting anxiously…

Oh, I forgot. Two questions:

  1. How do you know when your application has been reviewed
  2. If you are deferred can you apply to other schools.
I’m applying to CAS by the way

Ok everyone to clear this up, my college counsellor is good friends with the admissions and she told me that they will be sending some on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. I’m waiting for my decision as well. Best of luck to you all!

Hi guys Johnny here! Was wondering when the ED decisions come out and at what time? (Im an international applicant living in Scotland).

GOOD LUCK

You should know if it has been reviewed by BU by logging into the application link and click on application status. That is also where you will find you decision when it is out. And yes you can since you applied for early decision and get moved to regular so it’s not part of what you agreed to and so you aren’t obliged to go there.

Some of my friends are getting their desicions now, and its making me really anxious to not have heard anything. But I know its coming soon so I’m trying to be patient
