BU SMG or NYU CAS…ADVICE PLEASE!

There are many of these threads. Anyway, the two schools are pretty different, especially if you’re deciding between a management-based school and a CAS system. Kind of hard to help you decide without knowing what your other interests are, etc.

NYU was by far my favorite out of all the schools I have been to. Had it offered what I was looking for I would love to be going there next year. I vote NYU.

One is business school, other not. Think of cost, which kind of program you want, where you would prefer to be.

I want to do business, but I was thinking i could major in international relations at NYU CAS and minor in business studies?..maybe go to grad school?

basically i want to go to NYU, but BU seems more practical?

I don’t even know if i want to do business for sure…

At BU, you can participate in BUCOP, which is a program that lets you get a dual degree, ie. in CAS International Relations and SMG BSBA degrees. Both schools are in cities, but BU actually has a campus feeling to it, since it is all grouped together unlike NYU.

didn’t know that…thanks for the advice!
