<p>So rumors of immense grade deflation at BU have given me second thoughts about this school. I am interested in BME and pre-med, and was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice to give me on BME, pre-med, and grade deflation at Boston University.</p>

<p>I am also pre-med and I’ve only experienced one year at BU, so I can’t say a lot. But I guess there have been complaints of grade deflation. For pre-med, certain courses will be tough especially CH 101, but it’s not impossible to get an A. BU can be competitive at times (for pre-med, this is naturally expected) so it’ll be hard, but that’s because you need to up for the challenge. BU is trying to help you learn.</p>
