BU vs Brandeis vs UCSD vs Richmond for pre-med

Based off of the title, you can probably tell which schools I’m asking for. I’m still deciding which of the 4 to go to. They all cost relatively the same so cost isn’t really the issue. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of each school’s pre-med program and how they compare relative to each other? thanks!

P.S: I plan on majoring in psych.

Choose the school that offers you the best combination of fit, opportunity and cost.

Pre-med programs, per say, really don’t exist. Each of those schools will offer you the needed classes, have research opportunities and clinical volunteering opportunities. It’s up to you to take advantage of what’s available.

It’s not about where you go, but what you have done there and what you have achieved. None of these schools are going to give a bump when it comes to med school admissions.

Remember: your school doesn’t get you into med school. You get you into med school.

If the costs are equal, choose the school you feel most at home at. Happier students tend to get better grades.
