Best place to stay close to BU . Would like easy access to public transport and T line to airport

Hotel Commonwealth in Kenmore Square, virtually on campus…but it is $$$$$$$.

A bit more distant but on the Green line is any hotel in Copley Square or Prudential Center.

We stayed at the Beacon Street Inn, which is about a 5-10 minute walk to BU It’s no frill and it’s reflected in the price. We paid about $180/night for a double queen room in early June. Again though, it’s very convenient and in a nice area with a T stop about 100 feet from the entrance.

Longwood Inn in Brookline is convenient to the T, well priced and clean.
