Budget Cut Effect?

<p>Hey, am an international student (prolly going to Cal). But some of my counselors said that California is having budget cuts on education and stuff since last year... So they wanted me to consider other unis. Anyone here really know the HUGE impact to the student (in terms of the education, college life etc)? I mean would it change that much. What changes are you talking about? Thank you!</p>

<p>No difference at all in education or college life. </p>

<p>Fees are higher than they were in the past. Doubt that matters to you as an international though.</p>
