<p>I hate my life right now. I'm behind on school work (It's 12am and I'm up working on a research project, only God knows when I'll be finished), my parents and I aren't getting along, and I feel like such a failure in so many ways. I just feel like giving up.</p>

<p>No, I have an outline due tomorrow. But, I've already missed two checkpoints concerning research. I have to finish my research and do my source cards/note cards before I can do my outline, so I have my work cut out for me.</p>
<p>get some sleep and wake up really early to finish it, you'll probably feel better in the morning when all this stuff is off your mind</p>
<p>When I have a project like that I can't sleep, so I'd suggest just getting it done and not going to bed before then. Just think of how great you'll feel once it's done! Since you'll be up late sleep either an hour and a half, three hours, or four and a half hours. Sleeping in a multiple of 90 minutes will make sure that you wake up in REM sleep and you'll feel more awake tomorrow. Idk if that makes sense, but it works for me.</p>
<p>Yea, that sounds like a good idea. School starts late for me tomorrow, so I can sleep in a little bit and then get up and work on it some more. It's not realistic for me to finish my checkpoints for tomorrow. I'll just have to turn it in late and accept the consequences.</p>
