im sooooo sleeepy

<p>ive been going to sleep around 3ish lately (break is the worst, i always get into a super bad sleep sched)</p>

<p>should i a) take a nap
or b) tough it out and go to sleep earlier</p>

<p>work that needs to be done: read 100 pages of lolita(for tomorrow), write a 5 page paper on censorship of art (due wed), fix english paper (for friday), assorted french</p>

<p>I would take a nap. whenever I'm sleepy, I always end up on my bed. Just make sure to wake up soon- because I always overnap and wake up at midnight, then start the cycle over again. If you know you can wake up, I would take a nap. If you can't, I would just tough it out and try to get to sleep as early as possible.
Also, taking a shower can wake you up, so you could do that too.

<p>zzzzzzzz i'm really tired too. I'm going on a field trip tomorrow so, I could turn in my h.w. before school or skip doing it!!hmmmm</p>

<p>DON"T TAKE A NAP! I personally never have the willpower to get up. Go jogging outside (if you're not snowed in), or run around a bit.</p>

<p>wow at plumdum, if i took a jog, i would just end up sleeping right after i took a shower</p>

<p>most days i take a 1-2hour nap and getting up is ok
then i go to bed at about 1,
it's actually not too bad</p>

<p>God I hate that. I have no self control so i just go to sleep and refuse to wake up early.</p>

<p>I tried to tough it out after 1:30 ish and I've never succeeded.</p>

<p>Do you have study hall? That usually works for me, except I sleep at 2:30...</p>

<p>I got deferred from Boston University when I applied for Early Decision. So what did I do? I am working around the clock to get my grades up like crazy.</p>

<p>I get home at 3PM and I stay up until 12AM to study for all of my classes. And then I spend 12AM to 3AM in bed worrying about whether I'll get into college or not. Then I finally wake up at 4:30AM to get ready for school.</p>

<p>I blacked out from an anxiety attack during class. Not my finest moment.</p>

<p>This schedule has been going on since December 15th :(</p>

<p>Sad part is that I am so picky like everyone else lol. I already got accepted into 2 safeties but I fell in love with BU's campus and I am def not going to give up on it.</p>

<p>Wake up, eat dinner, chill, do a bit of hw.</p>

<p>I used to do this, and it ensures around 14 hours of sleep daily, which is a decent amount. Nowadays I'm stuck at 10 though. I'd suggest a nap no more than 3 hours.</p>

<p>10 hours of sleep? DAYYYUM. i end up taking a nap by accident, i was sitting in a chair and just fell asleep reading.</p>

<p>lol wow how can you fall asleep sitting on a chair. And I don't read for the most part, so that part is gone..</p>

<p>And yeah, my sleeping hours are dwindling so much, it's not even funny. I'm starting to game more and go out more. I'd cap it currently around 8~9 hours.</p>

<p>It's so annoying that I usually can't fall asleep in less than an hour... I just end up dozing instead during study hall. :[ (this twitchy kid in front of me suddenly screamed "AHH!" during his sleep and woke me up)</p>
