I joined the gym for the full year, but it didn't show up on the bill I received. The same thing goes for the Omniride bus pass (which is now apparently free, further complicating things).

Did anyone who joined the gym have that charge on their bursar bill? Or is it billed separately for some reason? Thanks in advance.

maybe they just aren't billing you for the bus pass because of the free thing for non parking permit applicants, but i'm just speculating.

Yes Adam, I'm aware of that. However, I was more concerned about the gym charge not being on there, as I said before.

Haha actually sparticus, I was just speculating. I really have no idea what its going on with the bursar, but I'm glad I procrastinated in getting a bus pass cuz now I don't have to mess with any of that...

I already had signed up for one and it actually made my life even easier. I haven't been billed at all and since they already have all my info it's going to be mailed to my Cornell address on August 16th and I don't have anymore paperwork.

was anyone billed for health insurance? i wasn't...

I called the Bursar about another matter and was told that some departments lag as far as their charges. I signed up for the gym and transportation also. We get a bill from the bursar every month so those charges should show up on an upcoming bill.

The charges for health insurance will show up on your bursar bill on september. Anyone who thinks that he got lucky for not getting charged, don't celebrate!

you only get billed for health insurance if you don't opt out in time (august 10th I think). If you opt out between then and the end of the month or something you will be billed but then credited. After the deadline I don't know/remember.

I signed up for the free parking pass and I can confirm that if you ordered it already they will not bill/will credit your bursar account. I don't know what's up with your gym thing though.
