Business, Dance, and French

Hi,
I am trying to start my search and selection! I think I'm set on majoring in International Business with a focus on Accounting or Finance. I would like to take a lot of French as well, and hopefully minor in dance.

I am not ivy league worthy, my sophomore grades were not good, and I'm ranked 50/375 at a surburban public school in MA. My ec's are 1,000 volunteer hours, public speaking competitions, business club DECA, and 20+ hours of dance per week.

Suggestions would be appreciated, thanks! :)

Wisconsin Madison
Top French program
Very good B school
Very good dance program open to non majors.
Sounds like a match if you have decent test scores.

thanks barrons!
i’ll check it out, i don’t know how interested i am in wisconsin, i don’t know much about the state.

And my sat scores at the end of junior year were 1830, I’m expecting them to go up a little this fall.

The state is so-so but Madison is great. Considered on of the top college towns forever.

Barnard has a joint program with Julliard and is a bit easier to get into than Columbia. Great dance program, however no business but you may want to rethink straight business and take up economics and maybe int’l affairs.

i was set on NYU stern or a business school and got in but Barnard was the better fit and I realized a Liberal Arts education is better (for me atleast) you may not want to back yourself in, especially if you’d like to study french.

You might want to look at Stephens College in Columbia,Missouri
