Hi everyone! I got into bus. econ and I'm thinking about switching to international econ. I know that the diff. between the 2 is that the first is focused more on management, and the latter on global econ. + theory, yada yada. I was wondering what you guys think of the two. What have your experiences been? Thanks!

Business Economics is more prestigious and has more opportunities than International Economics.

then tell me why international econ requires more courses?

the only "prestige" bizecon get is from taking those anderson courses. its just a shortcut for ppl who dont want to minor in accounting. major in international econ and minor in accounting is way more impressive

international econ is good if you speak more than one language, for example, im fluent in chinese, french, and of course english

hmm. thanks! i'm still unsure about which to choose, but i've heard great things about both. i heard that international econ. was less cut throat than bus. econ because its newer.

what's your experience? thanks again! :)
