<p>Who has had the interview? My s has been contacted for an interview. Can someone who has done it briefly describe the types of questions that were asked? How long was it? Was it by phone? </p>

<p>I guess I can tell you some of the stuff I remember from last year. Yes, it was by phone around 5 in the afternoon.</p>
<p>A lot of the questions revolved around leadership and teamwork. One was about a time you took initiative, and another about an important team project you worked on and how you contributed. Then there was the general why bhp and how would you use the program. There was also a question which I believe asked to list or talk about your ECs and then a follow up question of which particular one was most interesting. </p>
<p>Overall the actual interview took near 15 minutes. I spent about 30 however because I ended up asking a lot of questions. The process was very informal in both organization and word structure which made it feel comfortable.</p>
