I am considering transfer to a much selective university like u of chicago, northwestern, u of michgan, boston u. New York (#1 choice)... and major in business.
However, I am a sophomore in community college and I didn't get good grades as other kids. Currently GPA 3.2, but confident rasing up to 3.4 range.
Anyways, I am asian immigrant working full time for my family business +full time school.
My parents don't speak English and I have been helping business (almost entirely) since I was 15. Now, our business is good and I have proof such as my business plan, or financial statements that I invested a lot of time to our living.
How much do you think this will help me to cover my low GPA?
I know business majors are competitive but wouldn't this be helpful?

Some schools do not have business majors for undergraduate work, such as U of Chicago. I don't think that gpa from a CC will transfer well to some on your list, esp UCHi, but you should be able to find a decent 4 year somewhere. Expand your search.

thank you. but then, what schools would you recommend?
Also, my question was to ask you the amount of weight that admission officers would put on my business experience as E.C.
