I am applying for Chapel Hill. I understand you dont declare a major till your sophomore year but Im already thinking of what to put down for intended major. Im interested in making money (business) and i like the business world but I also like political science and am considering applying to law school after. Not sure what to choose and what opens up in the job world if I choose either.

you can go to law school with any degree. Personally I would do business as it is a sure thing. Although the odds of getting accepted to Kenan-Flagler school of business are slim unless you have GREAT grades.

My understanding is that law school is filled with philosophy and political science grads. If you go to business school you might end up with a great job and you might not be motivated to shell out another $150,000 to join the unemployment line outside of law school!
