Business School Question

<p>I get in to UT because of the top 10% thing, but I have a problem</p>

<p>My counselor informed me that the business school only accepts the top 4%, and I fall as 6/96 which does not leave me in the top 4%.</p>

<p>I have 28 hours that will all hopefully transfer which include government, english, and algebra so basics are pretty much covered. What should I do? Apply and just take some classes that I need for the degree and then try and get in to the business school after the 1st year?</p>

<p>If I do that, what school should I be applying for?</p>

<p>your in the top 6.25%....i think i read that last years cutoff was around 7%.....but these change yearly so you still have a pretty good chance of getting in....</p>

<p>The Liberal Arts College is one of the easier ones to get into.....and then you would need to get a really good GPA your freshman year so that you could transfer into the business school</p>
