<p>Is going to the Newark Business School and majoring in Finance better than going to New Brunswick and majoring in Economics? Is the reputation for Newark Business School better than New Brunswick Economics program for recruiters?</p>
<p>If you really want to go to New Brunswick, but didn’t get right into the Business School take all the prerequisite courses, do well and try to get into the program next year.</p>
<p>mamajay, I do not have another year to wait since I am already rising junior and do not want to spend 5 years to get my undergrad.</p>

<p>I think you should major in what you would rather do. The diploma will say Rutgers. It does not specify the campus.</p>
<p>I have heard otherwise about the degree being seen as equal from new brunswick and newark business school. I really have no preference between doing finance and economics the only factor that would affect my decision would be my ability to get the best job possible. If anyone else has any info please feel free to input.</p>
