Business undergrad from Australia- Best US college for exchange?

<p>Hey guys, </p>

<p>I'm currently a business (finance) student from Australia at UNSW and am looking to come to the US for a 6 month international exchange and get the full 'college' experience haha. </p>

<p>Just wanted to get some ideas on which schools are good for an exchange student. After some prelim research the following schools come to mind:
- UCLA
- UC Davis
- UC Santa Barbara
- UC Berkeley
- UC Irvine
- Boston College
- Cornell
- NYU
- UPenn
- Emory?
- Purdue? </p>

<p>I'm particularly appealed by UCLA due to proximity to LA life and known for its good college town social scene and top notch academics. </p>

<p>However, any advice/ pointers from you guys would be greatly appreciated! Cheers</p>

<p>I would go UC Berk or UCSB.</p>

<p>Both have awesome campus’s , as well as good academics.</p>

<p>Don’t be fooled, Los Angeles isn’t a “top notch” college town</p>
