Can anyone provide comparisons between these two? They seem similar in my mind so I’m looking for more info on each to help narrow down my decision!

Have you visited both? My D visited and applied to both but ultimately ended up at a different school. Do you have specific questions about the schools?
I have only visited Butler. I don’t have any specific questions, just trying to get a better feel for each place!
Butler is located in a large metropolitan area; DePauw is located in a small town.
DePauw has a high amount of participation in the Greek system, much less so at Butler.
I think that there may be a lot of things that would show a stark contrast between the two schools; so you should really try to get to DePauw for an in-person visit if you can before you have to decide between the two schools.
Butler is a small university, though its graduate programs is pretty small, while DePauw is a liberal arts college.
If it matters to you, Depauw is more highly ranked, and is wealthier (higher endowment and higher endowment per student).
