Bye Bye Davis Bye Bye

Gonzaga bested the Hoosiers and Morrison couldn't throw anything but a brick.
The Big 10 Teams dropped like flies........what is this??

They got all the calls. The free throws were like 30 to 7. Anyways, I don't think I want Alford, he's not in the best interest of the school. They need a bigger name, someone will show interest.

Davis has the worst offense. My goodness. 25 3's attempted by halftime.

I hope Vaden transfers, he is the most inconsistent shooter i've ever seen. He has a flat shot and poor technique. He'll go 6/11 some games, and others 1/11. He said he would "go where coach goes". Same with White.

Whatever, i'm not going to get to saddened by this. SDSU should have played them, they would have been harder to beat. Akubar, Williams, they had a real good team, and they have a good coach in Fisher.

I concur on Alford and only time will tell who is willing to come to the Big 10.........it is a time of transition for the whole game. Paying out limited scholarship money and the one year rule...

They are far along in discussions/negotiations with Alford.

Wow I read recently that Alford was talking to MO............

and that IU was looking toward FEW and so we all will await an announcement.

**1. Mark Few (Gonzaga): He has name recognition, he's a winner and surely it would be easier to recruit players to Indiana than to Gonzaga. His record in seven years with the Zags is 188-40. His name frequently is tossed about, but this might be the job he couldn't turn down.

Few doesn't get it done in the tournament, and even though they beat IU, this year hasn't been much different (they will lose tonight to UCLA). It's not a bad idea, but i'm sure that there's someone that will come along that they will say "We want you!" to, and we as fans will learn of that guy and be happy.

On another note: Vaden, Ratliff, and White may not transfer to wherever Davis goes.

According to Katz and other unconfirmed sources, Texas A&M coach Billy Gillispie, Orlando Magic assistant coach Randy Wittman are the top possibilities to be interviewed by IU's search committee, and Marquette's Tom Crean and West Virginia's John Beilein are also possibilities. Alford was not among the two coaches to be interviewed, Katz reported.
