Hey guys, I got a C in my first AP Class (APUSH) which in turn equals a B with the GPA boost, but still, I feel really sad because it's my first C and even though I have a quarter to make it up, I just feel like those people who get those bad grades. Any tips to succeed in an AP class? It would be very appreciated! :)

Awe, APUSH was my first AP class too! Oh, memories! LOL. Anywho, don’t fret, it’s your first AP, so one C isn’t all that bad in the scheme of things. You’re a Sophomore, right? I took APUSH my Sophomore Year - basically, all I needed to do to succeed was

1) Read the book/chapter/unit, etc
2) Take notes
3) Review notes in class, ask questions if I was confused, etc…

Those three steps allowed me to get a 4 on the exam and a 95% for the year - so I highly recommend it. I loved my APUSH teacher, too - he was really considerate when it came to us correcting tests, etc…

APUSH can be a breeze if you just stay consistent! Good luck! :)
