'C' in college before graduation hurt transfer gpa?

So I am hoping to transfer to USC as a sophomore after completing the 30+ units at East Los Angeles College. However i had taken an Environmental Science class at ELAC before High School graduation that i received a 'C' in. (I did get a 4 on the AP exam though if that makes a difference). I also took two other math classes way back before high school, one which is also a 'C'. These grades are on my transcript so i was wondering if they are going to be calculated in my overall transfer GPA (and thus severely drag it down) despite the fact i took them so long ago.

Please let me know if you have any info on it!! Its driving me crazy!!!!

They are on your transcript and will be calculated in your GPA unless the UC system has some crazy rules, which I expect it doesn’t.

I don’t think two "C"s will kill your chance of getting in honestly.

This isn’t HYPSM

it’s a good university that doesn’t need you to introduce a new theory on life to get in. As long as the rest of your grades are good, you got a shot.

What’s your gpa including the Cs? Can’t you retake the courses?

USC is not a part of the UC system.
