CA court rules against MCAT accommodation procedures

<p>Very interesting case finds that the company administering the MCAT in California isn't allowing reasonable accommodation for learning disabled test takers. Might have implications for similar standardized test such as the SAT.</p>

<p>Thank you so much for posting this! It is really interesting. Do you know much about the Disability Rights Advocates? Do they have a broader interest in LD issues, for example, SAT accomodation? If so, I have the feeling that this board alone could keep them knee deep in test cases for years...</p>

<p>Also, tsdad, if you see this, what do you make of this case and its implications for ETS admissions tests other than the MCAT in California and elsewhere?</p>
