<p>Hello all.</p>

<p>There is a mix-up with my Cal Grant currently, so I want to be prepared for when my issue becomes resolved and it posts to my FA award.</p>

<p>I read somewhere on here that when our Cal Grant award posts to our financial aid award, that it does not affect our bottom line because it causes the University grant to be reduced. The Cal Grant would be enough to cover my EFC, so I just want to make sure that I have no false illusions about having it cover my EFC.</p>

<p>My Cal Grant caused the university grant to go down. So yes, what you heard is correct.</p>
