<p>Is the Cal Poly business major worth it?</p>
<p>I want to major in business administration, and Cal Poly is one of my schools to go to, but it seems like it’s not a major “business” school, it’s an engineering school. So, anyone who goes/knows the program - how is it?</p>

<p>Such easily googled info? I know much about the program, I want to learn more. I’m sorry that I offended you wanting to hear experiences from current students.</p>
<p>Cal Poly is #1 in the West for Public Master’s, the business program is in the top whatever hundred, but this info doesn’t tell me how the professors are, how the community is, what the focus is on, etc. I assume there is a heavy focus on business in the technological/engineering sectors. etc.etc.etc.</p>

<p>What concentration in Business are you looking to pursue? If it’s accounting, SLO is where you want to be. The Big 4 and other regional firms recruit heavily here.</p>

<p>Probably management, unless I find out something seems more appealing.</p>
