A couple more days until they start accepting! GL EVERYONE!
Called again today Thursday January 30 and was told That it is an IT problem. Said to check back in a week. Hopefully we will hear something soon.
I feel like CPP always has problems every semester with admissions. Hopefully, everything gets resolved today.
Did you guys have your AP test scores sent to CPP? I would assume we have to, but it doesnāt say anything about it on the wesbite, unlike CSUNās website which spells everything out for you.
Oh never mind, I see it now. You donāt have to submit them until after youāre admitted.
Was admitted to one CSU this morning so of course checking my other apps in an anxiety induced frenzy LOL. Noticed for CPP that under Admissions it has a table with three columns: āCal Poly Pomonaā - āUndergraduate Baccalaureateā and then āF 2020.ā Does not have the āincompleteā, āpendingā, āacceptedā etc. that some of the others CSUs have. Does anyone know what the āF 2020ā might mean? I was accepted to CPP previously in 2018 but went to CC instead and am seeking to transfer as a Junior. (Money savingsā¦)
I think F2020 means Fall 2020
@dogrunner1 thanks! feel so dumb!
Anybody get accepted yet? Iāve been admitted to CSUSB, but keep checking Pomona and nothing. Are they supposed to start reviewing applications starting February?
I just got accepted to CSUDH yesterday but nothing for CPP, again, I feel like they always takes the longest to process application, anxiety is reallll
They said theyād start accepting at the beginning of February, but I doubt it. I bet weāll start seeing admittances in March.
Ya the first one on CF is 2/17 and sheās local, I am also a local so I am hoping we will hear something soon
Donāt stress too much about it guys. I was in the same shoes you were in last year and I got in! I found out March 12th, but they started letting us know around mid February up until April.
Hi I just had a quick question hoping someone can answer it. Does the school take into account your current gpa of completed classes or does it take the overall gpa after finishing spring semester of 2020? Bc I currently have a 3.4 Gpa but after spring Iām hoping to finish 3.5-3.7 range and wanted to know how cpp considers that
@CHRISA4 The GPA cutoff for grades is the Fall of 2019, so any grades after the Fall semester (whether its Winter and/or Spring) will not count towards your overall cumulative GPA. So yes it is the current cumulative GPA of completed classes.
They just rolled out acceptance letters for Freshmans. Iām assuming the transfer acceptances will be coming out soon.
I saw CPP started accepting freshmans, hopefully transfer admissions come out soon. Just got denied at CSULB because I was missing ONE of their recommended classes so this school is a must for me!!
Iām in the same boat weakandelite. LOL I got denied for not having completed a recommended class. I was following the Assist agreement for CPP and not CSULB. Because of this, I ended up not completing a recommended course by CSULB.
Iām not too bummed out though because CSULB was my second choice. CPP is the #1 school I want to attend.
This school is a must for me too!
Hi
Also in the same boat, I got denied today from CSULB for not having completed the recommended class to transfer. I was told to give it a try but itās ok it wasnāt my first choice.
My first choice is CPP then CSULA.
