Cal Poly vs. UCLA vs. UCSB

Hey, I got into a bunch of colleges for my major of electrical engineering. I have narrowed down the colleges that I would want to attend between Cal Poly, UCLA, and UCSB. I'm having a really hard time deciding between the 3.

Cal poly - Good school, a bunch of my friends are going there, and I own a house about 20 minutes away. It's just in a kind of boring area and from what I've heard it's kind of right wing and christian, which could make it kind of boring/

UCLA - Really good school, has exceptional film program which I could be interested in, I was raised in a very white upper class environment so it could be hard to adjust.

UCSB - Fun school, beautiful campus, closer to home than UCLA, Good roads to bike on which is important because I road bike a lot

So throw out some ideas and which school you guys would take for my major. Thanks!

I chose Cal Poly over UCLA in ME because I felt like it had a better program (virtually every other criteria I liked UCLA more). I think EE at Poly is very good - and you likely would do very well due to the decreased competition here at Poly.

Good website to see where Poly grads end up.

I would go to UCLA over the other two. UCLA is very well-rounded, so if you decide to change your major you are still good.
