<p>WOT: i applied to UCSD, UCB and UCLA. i was accepted to UCSD (safety). I'm just waiting for my top choice schools now.</p>
<p>Hope for the best! I didn't really think admissions was going to be this trivial, I'm feeling the pressure as well.</p>

<p>my bf wants me to stay another year at CCC if I don't get into ucb and ucla. He thinks im better than ucsd. Idk. I don't feel like staying another year. but at the same time, I'm not sure if i'll be happy at ucsd</p>

<p>Yeah waiting an entire year can be tough. On the other hand a safety is a good idea, I didn't do safeties. (bumps head against wall) & I'm eavesdropping on the Cal people right now, lol. I just did USC & UCLA but I'm really stressed as well. My family's like oh don't worry about it, we'll still love you! & i'm in cynical mode where I want these school to love me too! lol.</p>

<p>Clearly, both you and your bf need a reality check. thinks you're better than ucsd? obviously the admission officers at both la and cal think otherwise. it is what it is and just accept it and move on. </p>

<p>Ektaylor, I'm sorry to say I posted "again" with my original post, but I can pretend it was an addendum if it makes you feel better. </p>
<p>So I'm wondering if the authorities caught on to our little scheme and are double checking all of the application requests now, maybe explaining why nobody has gotten email #2 (except for luvtoolearn, where a "leak" of acceptance indication isn't applicable) since the beginning of this thread.</p>

<p>ok guys...this is really confusing. So I wanted to get that renatl listing since $20 is not bad, and I went to go pay for the listing and when I log in under my calnet id, it looks different than when I log into the account using the account number they gave me when I applied under new student. It looks almost like they created a second account because they don't give me the option to use CARS (student billing system) w/ the new account but they do when I use my calnet id. I thought for sure they would have linked it up together. Not sure what is going on but I'm not sure if the new account is recognizing me as a student already enrolled???</p>

<p>Hmm, so are you saying that the main window for current UCB students is completely different (i.e different layout, etc)
That is confusing - I didn't think they would make two different sites.
Who knows, perhaps the three of us who were admitted were actually admitted as summer visitors.</p>
