I’m still waiting to hear back from Cal State Fullerton… Has anyone else heard back from them yet? I’m feeling pretty discouraged because it’s already almost mid-April. I’m a Sociology major with a 3.1 GPA.

Just got accepted yesterday! Psychology major(upper division transfer) 3.0 gpa
I’m still waiting. Communications 3.5. It sucks seeing people, same major, lower gpa get admitted and I’m still sitting here!!! My audit still isn’t complete and they haven’t counted in all of my transcripts.
I’m waiting too! Comm major, with a 3.3 (ADT transfer as well). It’s stressing me out so badly.
Has anyone physically spoke to fullerton about this debacle? I’ve sent emails but haven’t got any sort of a reply.

I’m still waiting! 3.37 Biological Sciences/ Health Sciences major. In-state. I had called them beginning of april and they said they would hopefully be done by mid-april. Now they are saying mid-may.
I went to the actual admissions building last Saturday and they said that the committee have been “swamped” with applications and that last year the latest decision was as late as the beginning of the Fall semester, so the guy was saying it can take as late as that. Which I personally think is stupid because then all the classes are full and I live in Northern California so I would have to move last minute if I got accepted, which is a bunch more stress. I wish there was a deadline that they have to let students know by, like how UC’s have a deadline of April 30th.

CSU Fullerton already had a “Welcome” event for incoming freshmen and transfer students that got accepted for Fall 2016. I contacted them if there would be another event for students that get accepted from now until the start of the semester and they said that this is the only event they have! I feel that’s unfortunate for us who are still waiting that we don’t get a proper welcome event, we just kind of miss out
Exactly!! This is ridiculous they have taken so long to get back to us. Did they tell you as to when they would let the remainder of the students know? If we’re not accepted or wait listed, I wish they could have at least told us. A lot of schools already want their Intent To Register by May 2nd!
You have the same exactly major and GPA as me! I too live in Northern California. I will probably just not attend this school. It’s too bad they took so long to let us know. It’s very unprofessional because other schools get this many applications but are still able to let their prospective students know on time. Makes me realize how bad this Administration is!

@nicoleticzon damn crazy! Yeah I agree, very unprofessional and UC’s get double the amount of applicants. It’s tough cuz I want to move down south but it’s hard to make any decisions without knowing for sure. I got accepted into SJSU…but it’s my last resort. I had messaged CSUF on facebook and they said we should hear soon either way (accepted or denied). So I’m hoping by April 30th like the UC’s. It’s just nerve wrecking seeing so many other people receive their acceptance and we’re over here on the backburner just waiting. I’m assuming they are waiting for Spring grades since I haven’t completed my math requirement (I’m taking stats right now) because that is the only thing on my to do list “Final Official Transcript” for Spring grades cuz I have to meet the ELM requirement.

@cassabeca same, i only got accepted to CSULA in southern california. im like so-so about going there. i also got wait listed at cal poly pomona and long beach… but i too got accepted at SJSU but idk if i wanna go there
I haven’t gotten a decision yet but sometime today they posted a new to do item on my list, they asked me to send in my AP scores ASAP.
