im starting to think that i got rejected too since i still havent even gotten any notification
@dgrenas793 i’ve had “college transcripts” on my to-do list since the beginning and i turned in the transcripts a long time ago. like several months ago. but they’re still there. and when i called admin. they said they would remove it after they have read it… so idk… i just feel like they have been somewhat unprofessional
@nicoleticzon I really want to go to sfsu but my mom doesn’t want me to pay loans and interest on housing because that alone is more than tuition. Though everything is covered including work-study.
@nicoleticzon you’re not taking any classes this semester? If you are they won’t remove it until they receive your grades with this semesters final grades
@dgrenas793 I am still taking classes this semester so that makes sense. But it’s just strange how they are taking so long.
@cf9882 did you get accepted to go anywhere else? what area are you from? yea housing and stuff is expensive.
The housing is crazy expensive. The cheapest is 1800, I may not go. Still waiting for Long Beach that’s my dream school. They waited so long to accept me that I’m afraid the housing filled up.
I have a 3.5 cumulative, communications major.
@nicoleticzon I’m from SoCal and I got into Biola, Washington state, Rutgers Newark, Rutgers Camden and SFSU. I had combined the housing and the board together and it would be around 13,000
@sarahjessica1995 i’m waiting for Long Beach too! I really would love to go there. Are you waitlisted as well?
I just got denied, but they said is because I didn’t finish my critical thinking course, but I’m enrolled in it right now? lol. ugh. I am so over this school. I bet they didn’t even look at my transcript. It shows it on there as work in progress
@dgrenas793 That’s exactly how I feel! They said I had a low-eligibility index for out-of-local students but I live 30 minutes away. They probably didn’t look at my new transcript.

@nicoleticzon Im gonna call them out on it if I’m getting I want the correct denial to be posted at least lol. I just checked my audit and they never got my transcrips? But I know I sent them I even got confirmation they received it. Oh hell no
@dgrenas793 I’m going to do the same. Either call or appeal my decision.
@cf9882 seriously what’s their problem. I went to two community colleges and they didn’t even look at one of the transcripts. So OF COURSE it’s going to show missing work. Smh. I didn’t pay an application fee for them to not do their job right.
@dgrenas793 For me they said I was out-of-local but also that I had a low eligibility index for biology. So when I went to check the appeal profile they let you choose another one but the other one I need is impacted but I need it for med school.
Checked mine today, still no decision made. I still can’t believe it’s taking so long, I heard back from all the UC’s already.
Although at this point I’m expecting a rejection. Anyone know if they have a high 3.9 GPA requirement for non-local applicants like CSUN did?
@nicoleticzon Yep I’m waitlisted, but it’s taking too long and idk about housing at this point. It may be full. I feel like I’ll get in tho, and if I do I’m going there.
