Where's the best place to get them online for free? (I have a TI-89 Ti)

Google it.

You should have gotten the ti-84, block dude is awesome

For the past year, I have spent more time making games than playing them (with the exception of my own games)...

I'm sure you'll find something on ticalc.org or whatever it's called. A TI-89 eh though....they tempt me so, but I love my trusty TI-84+ silver edition oh so dearly.

no way. if youre in calc the ti89 is like a gift from god.

Though, when you have a laptop always on you that can do everything the ti-89 can do and much more....

Yes, and we're all allowed to use laptops on the AP Exam :P

=P I have a TI 89 TITANIUM! Oh!

Haha, and I love it so. It just makes multivariable calc so much more fun.

And tetris keeps me awake.

Is it really going to help that much. I've taken numerous AP calculus BC practice exams and I've done just fine with the 84. It seems you don't even end up using your calculator all that much on the calculator part :S

EDIT: still, I may sell my 84 to my sister and buy the 89. I do like the fact that there is a C compiler for it...that is the biggest selling point for me just for the fun factor of playing around with it.

Still, my laptop, with mathomatic, and some other tools > TI-89.

I barely use my calculator, even for the calculator sections of the AP Calc exam.

But then again, I'm a snob who hates it when everyone just whips out their calculators and doesn't know how to do an integral by hand. It's not hard, folks.

Those people will not pass the ap calc test (bc or ab)...at least...I hope so.

However, I have done those stupid integrals enough. If i'm allowed to, I'll go ahead and use good old fnint no matter how simple it is, because I typically want to be focusing on another aspect of the problem, not doing routine calculouse.

It's just like with algebra where, you could do many of the numbers easily by hand, but it would just distract you from the problem at hand. Same for calculous.

I wonder how many of these people you are reffering to are simply "lazy" like me or honestly don't know how :S

If you can't take an integral, you won't pass.

I had TI-83...from school...

see, it's not that those people are unable to take an integral, it's just a lot less work and time to type it in.

-shrugs- I'd rather have all the time I can get to check over the test.

wow...I just looked at my post and noticed I spelled calculus wrong every single time :S

I feel really stupid now especially considering all my spelling mistakes are underlined automatically. ...I must have been really sleepy :S
