^^how about problem 17 MC, on the BC exam.

Wow… you actually remember what you wrote? That is impressive. I honestly can’t remember 98% of the test anymore, which is usually a bad sign :/.

Yah i understand, however i THINK i did well so id just like to know what other people got for there answers

well i kinda remembered, but mostly i just did all the problems right now. wait, what was 17 MC?

Anyone want to post some of the AB solutions?

And also when will the scoring guidelines for these tests be out on cb.com?

Some people have posted them on the Calc AB/BC FRQ thread.

^Link please :)?

which review book do u guys recommend to use?

Is the BC score determined from the whole test or just the BC parts?

i only used the princeton review at times, mostly just class notes. Teacher prepared me well

I used Barron’s the night before and I didn’t like it very much, although it includes a total of 10 practice tests between AB and BC, so if you want to get it for the practice tests I would recommend it.

But yeah, my teacher did most of the work in preparing me.

where are the answers!!!

I just looked at #6 b and c again and realized how easy they are… I totally should’ve gotten them right, but… (AB)

Hmm, why are the 3 of the AB and BC questions are the same?

whats the answer to 6 b and c? AB

3 questions are the same because BC students get an AB sub-score.

on 6b you basically u do like this:

so we have this answer from part A:
y - 2 = 8(x - 1)

so, on B you just plug 1.1 into x and solve for y:

y - 2 = 8(1.1 - 1)

On 6c it’s just separation of variables and trashy algebra 1.

I will try to solve all the problems, and open a new thread…

for B) i did f(x)= f(a) + (x-a)f’(a) == got like 2.1 , it says estimation so thats why i didnt get the exact answer. am i wrong?

No. ^

It says tangent line approximation. You used local linear approximation. The answer was 2.8 I think.

i just realised!!! ugh im mad

How did you do part (a) of that question, webass? I knew how to do parts (b) and (c) but couldn’t do part (b) because I couldn’t figure out part (a). lol
