Just wanted some insight as to what I should do.

I took the AP Calc BC exam last year and got a 4 on the BC part and a 5 on AB subscore.

Apart from this score, I am a stellar math student (800 SAT II, and numerous national mathematics awards, and probably top 1% in school). Should I retake this test for the 5. (This would mean having to review the entire BC material again.)

Currently I am a junior and am taking Calculus D/Linear Algebra, so studying BC over again would be very inconvenient.

Really, it doesn’t look bad at all. Few colleges put that much consideration into your AP scores, and a less than perfect score in one is unlikely to hurt you very much.

And also, man, I wouldn’t bother re-taking the BC exam. You’re in freakin Calculus D—only a select few are able to do that in the public school system today, which makes up the majority of the student body in the U.S. So, don’t sweat.
