how hard are they
i already took ap calculus last year
and ap chem in 11th grade, although I had good grades (straight A's in calculus) I dont know if I can take any test cold, can someone tell me any information I need to go over

did you take the ap exams for the classes. I think if you have passing scores on the ap tests than you're exempt from the readiness assessments.

I had a 4 on ap chem and i think i got a 5 on calc this year

to the pple that already went to the preview did they make u take the test, My friend saw a person that took ap calc jr year, and she still had to take the test, then she failed it, now they are making her take pre calc!!

loganr, I went to preview on June 7 & 8. No one forces you to take it per se. At the end of Day 1, as students were in the Broward lobby area making their schedules, they called for those who needed to take the assessment tests. They took 3 groups back to the computers, if i remember correctly. I never took the test (even after they took 3 separate groups back to the computer lab)

I did not take the Calculus test (biz major) because I brought in pre-requesite credits from the math classes i took at the community college. On Day 2 when it came time for me to actually register for classes, ISIS would not let me register for Survey of Calculus 1 because I hadn't taken the Calc test. My advisor simply had that overridden by a gentlemen who was in charge of that type of task (for lack of a better term).
