<p>No bugs, perfect weather (and if you don't like perfect weather, there's the mountains and the desert), political contrasts (rednecks are the majority 20 miles from the coast in), cultural diversity, awesome outdoor options, everybody is quite nice</p>

<p>CA urban areas are awesome (except for LAland…blech-y smog…it’s so bad, the air smells different), but there are always some people who don’t like it</p>

<p>Hey now, I know a lot of Angelenos who love LA…we even have a song to that effect. Maybe you are just running into people who haven’t had their latte yet, or missed their yoga class. And those I know who live in SF wouldn’t move even if their home comes tumbling down from the next earthquake. Not sure who youare talking to, but they sound like big downers.</p>
<p>The one thing that does make us grumpy (throughout the whole state) is traffic, but you find that just about everywhere.</p>

<p>I’ll be living in the bay area the next 4 years…but I think I’d rather live in San Diego (used to live there for 3 years).</p>
<p>I love San Diego lived here for the past 2 years and it’s perfect.I use to live in Ohio and Georgia but man do I love California.</p>
