<p>You are correct that no campus is entirely impacted, and that several campuses have multiple impacted programs. What I was explaining was that for the Fall 2007 term, there are 6 CSU campuses that have proclaimed themselves to be impacted at the freshman level. I should have been more specific. My understanding is that the definition of impaction at a certain level means that a school uses criteria higher than that of the CSU minimum, however for a campus like to Sonoma to state that they are impacted does not make sense as they have stated that they will admit all CSU eligible first-time freshmen.</p>
<p>you are correct, 001, and at many of these campuses the admissions criteria keeps rising. smart students know a bargain when they see one, and clearly even though the tuition costs are almost the same the quality surely isn't.</p>
