California Transfer Tuition Question

I attended high school in Colorado for three years (Freshmen-Junior) and then transferred to a high school in California for my senior year and graduated from there. I now live in Washington and I'm attending a 2 year community college in Washington and I would like to transfer back to California to a UC institution. Would there be any way for me to receive in state tuition for graduating from a California high school?

From what I understand, no. In state tuition is for Californian residents. To be eligible you would need at least a year of residency. You might be able to circumvent the issue if you have a parent that still lives in California.
