<p>I still haven't sent in the forms lol. Does anyone know if it's ok to fax the two questionaire/permission forms in and then mail the same forms in along with the picture? How do you fax a picture...?</p>

<p>Also, I still haven't contacted the travel agent...uh oh....does this mean I won't be able to go? It says CONFIRM the reservation by this Thursday... :(</p>
