nbachris2788 is correct, Asian is too broad a category. I seem to remember you are East Asian yourself, so I assume you mean those of mainstream Chinese, Korean, or Japanese derivation.</p>

Certainly the high IQs are absolutely their best asset.</p>
<p>I would say that Asia's best asset is its history; after all, they invented all four of the world's major religions (Hinduism came from the Kazakhstan area, Buddhism from Nepal, Christianity from Israel, and Islam from Saudi Arabia); as well as a host of minor ones (Judaism, Zoroastrianism, sections of Confucianism even though this is not entirely a religion, Shintoism).</p>

<p>By asian I'm pretty sure the poster meant the far east. The coolest thing i noticed about Asians is how they get 800s on the math section of the SAT but then they go and get 400s on the critical reading section. And I'm seriously not being racist, this is a statistical fact.</p>

<p>I got a 1870 out of 2400 which is pitifuly low compared to my brethren.</p>
<p>1870 is above the 15something that is the average score for college bound Asians according to college board. People in the US only focus on the highest achieving Asians, the most athletic blacks (or the most lazy blacks), etc.</p>

<p>what do you mean high IQ's, the highest numbers of illiteracy rates in the world are in asia. They may seem smarter because the ones who are able to come here are at the top of there game. But they aren't smarter than anybody else. especially not the jews. if they were smarter they would at least control more spots on the top 10 richest people. they just recently got 1 spot.</p>
