Calling all big brothers and big sisters...

Hi! I've entered this new program where a little brother or little sister is assigned to you and you spend an hour with them every week. Well, I got assigned a little brother. If it was a little sister, I could think of tons of things to do with her; however, I have no clue what would interest a little boy in 1st grade. I was hoping some of you who have a little brother could help me out. Do you have any ideas on their interests or how they like to spend their time? What do you do with them when you spend time together? Thanks. :)

There are tons of things!
[ul]
[]Playing with them outside..doing games like tag, minature basketball, soccer, tumbling down hills, sand castles, swimming (you'll probably need a life jacket), fishing, anything really. They're very active and love to run around
[]Finger painting, using clay, drawing, any arts & crafts. Coloring might bore them though
[]Reading interesting stories
[]Playing with legos
[]They like to fight playfully..I don't know if you'd like this too much though
[]Pretending to be a monster or a cop..like playing roles
[li]Indoor games like bowling, and ..I'm sure there are others[/li][/ul]
Man I thought there would be more, but that's all I can think of now and my mom is rushing me to leave. But good luck :)

Thanks saroah! Those sound really fun! The only thing is that we will be stuck in the school media center.... I'm so excited to be in this program 'cuz I don't have any siblings, but now I'm just lost on what to do. lol!
Any more ideas fellow cc'ers???
