I'm going to CalSO on the 26-27th. I was wondering how detailed I have to be on the academic planner.

I have the engineering academic plan form. Do I have to fill in the Course Control #, Days/Time section, and Exam Group section?
If we do, where am I supposed to get that info? Please post the links if you can.

If any of you guys have been to CalSO...Are the counselors/schedule planners particularly helpful?

use that. find your classes and then copy down course ctrl numbers, etc. at my calso in socal, they basically repeated everything that was inside the documents they handed to us and even gave us time to fill out the form.

Do I use the data for the first class listed? Because it doesn’t really show the difference between those classes and for some of the classes listed later on, it doesn’t show the exam group #'s etc

Another question: When do I find out what days/times these classes meet?

Definitely check out paperman’s link and the link for the tutorial of the schedule, which can be found on the CalSO website.

You need to pick a LECture for the form but when signing up for classes, you must also pick the DIScussion/LAB sections. Make sure that your classes don’t overlap. 8-9 and 9-10 classes are okay.
