For those that self studied AP Bio with Campbell's Biology textbook, where did you buy it and how much did it cost?

I didn’t self-study it but I bought it online from www.betterworldbooks.com and it was relatively cheap. There are a LOT of used books in great quality for very decent prices.

I didn’t self study it, but you can get a cheap-ish copy at Amazon for like $40 (over 50% discount) or go on half.com… they always have super cheap books.
As said above, betterworldbooks is also nice.

chegg.com you can rent here

I got the 7th edition on Amazon for like $6.50 with shipping but that was a once in a lifetime deal. They normally have it for like $18.00 with shipping. I’m not sure if that is the best deal you can get or not.

Most people who took my class bought it online for like 20 bucks. It was the older one with the frond on it. It was a very good book but it’s huge!

I’m self studying for CLEP (my district doesn’t allow self-study APs).

I bought the 6th edition on Amazon for a dollar. The S&H was $3.99.

good luck! That book is HUGE lol

i found one in my house LOL

Alright, thanks for all the responses! I’ll check out those websites and maybe get an older version.

Go for the 9th edition so you can get most of your money back when you’re done. The prices fluctuate with demand. If you are still looking, you can find recent prices for Campbell Biology at the [Campbell Biology Price Search](http://campbellbiologybook.com).
