I have a bank of america account, but I noticed that columbia only has a citibank. Should I switch to citibank or is there a bank of america very close by?

1)Go to www.bankofamerica.com

2) Click “Locations” at top middle.

3) Put in “10027” as the zip code.

4) Decide if any of those are close enough for you. #5 was the one i always went to.

Also, the chase atm’s on campus have subsidized fees by the university. It’s 1$ if you are using a non-chase bank instead of the usual 2 or 3$.

Bank of America is on the corner of Broadway and 110th or 109th.

108th. Also, chase is just as convenient (ATMs in duane reades and on 113th) and has check deposit at ATMs

@Skraylor

And I assume it’s free if you have a Chase account? Of course, I also assume that the ATMs on campus get incredibly crowded on the weekends, so it might be better to walk down to the BoA on 110th. Decisions, decisions…

Yes, it’s free to use a Chase ATM.

Not correct. There are 3 Chase branches from 113th to 109th street and about a billion all over the city. Also, any Duane Reade contains a Chase ATM.

If you like BofA, stick with them. They were really great to us recently when my daughter had her backpack stolen…with debit card and ID in it.
