<p>If you are 18 when you apply for Housing, you do everything electronically. Living on campus, you don’t need a cosigner or anything. </p>
<p>As long as you pay everything related to your housing application, they really don’t care. Just be advised that getting out of a housing contract is extremely difficult.</p>
