Campus-to-campus transfer?

<p>Since I don't think I can get into the Ann Arbor campus directly out of high school, is it feasible to attend a different campus for a year, keep my GPA up, and transfer to Ann Arbor?</p>

<p>Anyone have experience with this process? Is it difficult to be accepted as a transfer student at Ann Arbor, and would attending another UM campus help my chances? </p>

<p>Lastly, is it worth it? Should I just settle for a less prestigious school and give up on Ann Arbor? Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>Just to clarify, I specifically plan to apply to the Dearborn campus.</p>

<p>I don’t know how hard it is to from Dearborn campus, but a lot of people here go to EMU or WCC and then try to transfer, and from what I hear it’s not too hard.</p>
