How is the campus here? Is it too city-like and crowded, or is it nice? And are the people who go here snobs?

Another question is have any of you who go here seen the Olsens? haha :)

Well, the thing about NYU is there really is no campus; the city is ours. So, if you don't like the city life, NYU really isn't for you. But if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, as all New Yorkers are, then you were born for NYU. You get snobs in every school, just as there are nice people everywhere. You have to be prepared to meet people like that any place you choose to go. It's how you handle it that will make the difference between having a good time in college, and hating it.

We think we may have seen one of them once, but who knows? It's the question on everyone's mind at first, but after you've been at the school for a while, it doesn't mean anything.

If you're looking for lots of greenery, quiet walking paths, and lots of clusters of buildings covered with ivy, you won't find them at NYU. But I consider Washington Square Park to be somewhat campus-y. That's where the majority of the educational buildings are located, and it's very close to a majority of the freshmen dorms, and some of the upperclassmen dorms as well. WSP is a general meeting ground for NYU kids, although it's obviously open to the public as well since it's a city park. Although there are NYU buildings as high as 26th St, and as low as Water St, the majority of the NYU buildings are located around the area, so it is sort of like a campus... in a way.
