<p>Yes, they can but there's really no point unless you really want the college credit.</p>

<p>^ i agree. u can choose just not to report that grade, but i know of someone who had retaken AP Psychology exam in my school and ended up getting a 5.</p>

<p>it's silly though because they're only offered in may and you'd have to spend all year studying the same subject just to remember it.</p>

<p>You can, but as jets91 says, you need to remember everything for a whole year afterwards.</p>
