I got into Ohio State and i am considering to enroll, but ACT wants to cancel my test because of irregularities in the room that i took the test in or something like that. So can a college revoke an acceptance after the student enrolled and paid? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Thank you.

Yes. In Nov you indicated it was due to your score jump from 21 to 32. If you choose not to respond to ACTs letter they will notify all schools that received the score that they have made the score invalid which would then require you to submit a valid score. This happened to someone at my school last year.

What happened to the student at your school?

Schools may also rescind/revoke acceptance for finding lies in your admission application. In fact, they can even revoke your degree after graduation for any irregularities found in any aspect of your application or coursework all the way up until you die. It’s extreme, but it does happen.

The student had to re take the ACT. Did you respond to their letter by the deadline?
