can an already admitted student "transfer" into Ben Franklin Scholars program?

<p>Hi i was just wondering if a student who is admitted to UPenn, but not into the Ben Franklin Scholars program can get into later if they meet certain qualifications, like gpa or other things?</p>

<p>From what I understand, the BFS program is for students to apply to after they’ve already been accepted. The BFS application is not due until May 1. It seems like a pretty cool program though!</p>
