<p>I took the PSAT and I got a 219. I never even got a letter saying I was commended. I knew that you had to be a citizen/permanent resident to quality for the semifinalist, but you can't even be a commended scholar? also, i thought I saw somewhere that you can qualify as an international for the semifinalist, but the qualifying score was equal to the highest qualifying score out of the 50 states. is that true or no? either way, i'm pretty pissed. </p>
