Can An Intl. Student Appeal For Financial Aid? Please Reply

I am a student from the Philippines. I was recently accepted into Georgetown. Georgetown is my absolute top choice for college. However, they offered me no financial aid at all. I called the fin. aid office and they told me there was nothing that I could do to appeal this. Should I take their word for it? What should I do???Should I just forget about Georgetown??Any ideas from where else I can get funds???
Thanks
